There is no reason to change the weight in RM as it has nothing to do with BS.

If these images work when uploaded, its quick and dirty just in qasmoke. This is the same preset loaded with O Body one is wieght 0 in RaceMenu, the Other is Weight 1.  The racemenu weight does make a difference, depending on how the bodyslide preset is set. if the bodyslide preset slider's are identical for 0-100% then yes racemenu weight wont make a difference.  If the bodyslide preset is different for 0%-100% then weight will make the difference to what is loaded

*Edit*

The preset's you used dont change for weights, that is why you think that racemenu weights dont have an effect.  IF the bodyslide Left pannel sliders (0%) are different from the Right (100%) then that will be reflected with RaceMenu weight when loading the preset

Also added the preset for you to try and see, its designed for use with winterwight mod so not  one for npcs to use

You are starting to make less and less sense.

I was talking about RM menu weights not BS weights in RM. I was actually thinking of the sliders where you can alter neck length and head size etc. RM does have sliders which you can alter in Character Creation or in game but they are for the one character and they are an add-on to RM from whichever body shape you use, e.g. 3BA, BHUNP, HIMBO etc. Changes made with these sliders do not persist from game to game.

Which preset? Do you mean the Petite To plenty preset I used in those screenshots? You can clearly see there is difference between 0 weight and 100 weight from both the positions of the various sliders and the size of the breasts in the preview pane of the BS images. You also see that Hulda's breast are a different size and shape to Amelia Rose's breasts. Granted you have to take my word for it that they are both using the same preset.

How do you explain the fact that the two NPCs have different weights (40 and 100) in their respective esps and a body which reflects this in game without having to change the weight in the esp to match the preset as you said would have to be done?

Sorry guys, I didn't want you to quarrel. If you don't mind, I would like to tell you about my difficult problem in parallel to your discussion. I saved it for the end. When I was watching video tutorials on Bodyslide, they recommended a group in Discord where you can ask a question about the program. I did so, they helped me with one question, and then I asked a more difficult one. They gave me an answer that I myself could not understand. So I will first state the question here, and then I will tell you what I was advised. I would like to ask you to help me figure this out, it will concern OBody directly. That's what I asked:

"I think I have a tricky problem. I found a very beautiful mod, it's called DX Fetish Fashion Volume 1 and 2 SE 3BA. I really like the way the outfits look and they adapt to different presets in OBody. But I found a problem with the bodystocking outfit. It changes my breasts a lot. With other outfits where the nipples are hidden, it's almost unnoticeable. But with bodystockings it doesn't look pretty. Because it really changes my nipples. Here are screenshots from the game:
Breast_Original.jpg.eb7cfe68002770e47bbe1d4434c8dce6.jpgBreast_BodystockingFishnet.jpg.60d7ccd10a3005443e76798edbf412b8.jpgBreast_Bodystocking.jpg.075524de51f564be2e08255a12297828.jpg

On the first screen are my character's breasts, on the others it's how it changes. I'm still learning how to use Outfit Studio, and I haven't watched all the video tutorials yet. But is there a solution to this problem? I have already seen that some outfits use 2 body models, one normal and the other with the chest pressed to the body, I understand this is for tight-fitting clothes. But why does it change my nipples?
By the way, I looked at the files and there is only bodystocking nif, and no bodystocking_fishnet. I have no idea how the game creates them."

This is what they told me:

"this either happens because you built the fishnet outfit with an "outfit" preset that has cleavage in BodySlide, or, if you didn't do that, because OBody automatically applies  "cleavage" type sliders to when you are wearing any outfit
if it's OBody, then you should have some kind of configuration files or lists where you can add the outfit to, so it doesn't add the cleavage
as for the nipple clipping through, that's unrelated. You can fix that in Outfit Studio by editing the sliders of the project. Or maybe it's fixed automatically once you make OBody not morph it"

I went to OBody NG JSON Configuration Guide page: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/articles/4756

And I think I have a clue, it's in the section "The keys relating to ORefit". I think it has something to do with "blacklisted outfits" kit. I beg you to help me figure this out, please.

Updated: I did it. Fortunately it turned out to be much easier than it looked. Just added a couple of lines in the "OBody_presetDistributionConfig" file. I added this:

"blacklistedOutfitsFromORefit": [
        "LS Force Naked",
        "OBody Nude 32",
    "DXFC TooHotForYou Bodystocking",
    "DXFC TooHotForYou Bodystocking Fishnet"
    ],

The names of the outfits should be exactly the same as we see them in the game. Now everything works. Thanks for the support, I knew you believed in me.
