Looking to get an OBJ turned into TS4 CC.

So I was looking for a nice Deco Clutter handcuffs, and the only one I found wasn't quite what I was after. But while searching, I found a free, open source OBJ of police-style double-lock handcuffs with some really nice detail. It does not include a texture, unfortunately.

 

I tried to turn this OBJ into an TS4 object using Blender and S4S, but it turned out to be quite beyond my capacity. So I was hoping someone with a little more knowledge and experience doing this kind of thing might be willing to attempt it. It was suggested to me that Kritical or Azmodan22 might be the best people to ask to give it a look.
