After uninstalling and reinstalling XXMI, the red skin issue was resolved.

The issue with the limbs was because motion blur wasn't disabled.

I was foolish.

There was an Ilulu mod for Klee proposed on gb, someone said they would make it. Does anyone know what happened to it, was it made, was something similar made or if something exists for any other character? If not could I request any that could deliver on this?

If the GIMI version mattered then they would stop working in XXMI since XXMI disabled the shader that those mods required by default while the original 3dmigoto had that shader in it's download. You can try this fix if it isn't just an outdated hash.
