Then it looks like an old ORfix problem. If you're using 3dmigoto, download new version: https://github.com/leotorrez/LeoTools/blob/main/releases/ORFix.ini

While going through my backed up mods, throwing some stuff away, fixing some, organizing... I came across this very early mod, which I dare say is right there on top in terms of proportions. Quite voluptuous, but without losing her elegance. They made some tweaks to the face as well. Unfortunately, no toggles. Anyone skillful enough willing to put in some love and give it a shot?

Can anyone make a mod like this for Nefer? I tried to download her model from this link, but I don't have enough experience to even look at this model. It seems like it's a mod for some other game, but if anyone can make a mod out of it, that would be great.

Who knows what the heck this card game is about? I have been in the same spot and it's always a bummer when you think you found a decent mod just to be puzzled by it being for something else awkward...

It's not a card game, it's a basically a dating sim where you can create your love interest. I say this but most people just use the free mode where you can freely have sex with the character you create. There's also a bunch of mods to add more customization and more sex scenes. Try adding NNFix or ORFix... Maybe there is another little .INI in this mod or in your mods folder that is affecting her face. She has some lipstick on. Not using Lips of Teyvvat? Check if it goes away if you just disable this mod.

I downloaded the file you attatched and it looked fine on my end, you might have another ini that changes her face, maybe lips of teyvat like swer said. From what ive seen that issue from the image is when the ini says "ps-t0 = ResourceMonaFaceHeadDiffuse", to fix it you change it to "this = ResourceMonaFaceHeadDiffuse"

Probably replacing LaylaBodyNormalMap will solve it. Or whatever name it has in your mod.
