Heres the links man and I use https://base64.io/ whenever I need to decode. Try that one out if its not working in the future for you man.

Your issue could be google translate breaking the base64 before you copy it to decode it if you are using a base64 decoding site already.

Could anyone have a quick look at this mod? It is supposed to be very simple, just a recolour of Amos Bow and equipped on Ganyu WITH her Twilight skin.

I have used the latest FIXER and it is up to date for the current version. Nevertheless, the bow shape is broke. I fiddled with some hash values, replacing them from another mod for Amos that is working a bit, and managed to eliminate the "brokenness" but yet it seemed the textures were not being applied correctly. 

Could anyone so kind so as to have a peek? You can go around not having the skin by disabling the ganyu condition in the .ini file.

This is the original not fiddled with version downloaded from Gamebanana.

it breaks only sometimes right? dunno why it does that it should work the way it was done. anyways try this

rename and replace (backup the old one if you want this works differently and only replaces one texture)

edit: doesnt work for the ganyu skin. if you replace the skin hash with default ganyu it works tho.
