Do you have a recommendation for a guide for modding skins in Genshin?

 

I assume I would need Blender and/or Photoshop/Gimp to get started?

i just use paint.net (its a free application not a website) don't need an insane amount of knowledge on the program its strait forward. when saving edited textures same them as BC7 (sRGB, DX11+) .

The author just answered on the request thread of the mod, now is up to if they want to share it or not since they said the image is leaked

As if this thread make any sense, forbidding sharing mods while modding the game is forbidden in genshin
