Any way to keep npcs in Vanilla outfits with added spice???

Looking for an adult type of mod that keeps characters in their vanilla outfits.  

 

After looking at many mods that offer sex options it seems alot make the characters nude using added skins.  Was looking to keep the game as vanilla looking as possible, from nexus I spotted a mod called Sexual Innuendo and the expansion:

Anyone know if there is any mods here that allow to spice things up while keeping them in vanilla outfits?  Or any tricks like ini tweaks for the config or some file I could delete to make the mods listed above work with vanilla outfits?  I downloaded them and see folders for poses for animations.  Im wondering when people make animations does that automatically include use some kind of nude skin making it impossible to remove?  Or is there maybe some nude mesh or file I can delete so the characters just stay the way they appear in game?

Most nude mods also have an 'underwear', 'bikini' or SFW version that you can install.

Also SexoutNG has a setting that allows NPC/player to NOT undress when having sex.
