I just double checked and there's nothing wrong with neither the "descriptor.mod" file nor the "WoEsNaughtySilhouettePack.mod" file. In all likelihood, you simply installed the mod wrong. Simply drop the "WoEsNaughtySilhouettePack" folder and the "WoEsNaughtySilhouettePack.mod" file into your "C:/Users/{your username}/Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings III/mod" folder.

 

Just to be sure that your computer is handling things properly, you should also use an advanced text-editing software like Notepad ++ and check if the path given in the "WoEsNaughtySilhouettePack.mod" file is "C:/Users/{your username}/Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings III/mod/WoEsNaughtySilhouettePack". If the path is somehow different, you can rest assured that it's not the mod, but something on your end.

The path given in the file appears to be one with *your* local username in it, which will not work for anyone else. Before uploading, always make sure to cut everything before the "mod/" part. That way, it'll work for everyone.

The next update is imminent. It includes a number of new emblems. After this update, I might transition from using my mouse to using my old drawing tablet. I'm a bit rusty, but I used to be quite good at drawing with the tablet, so I'm thinking I'll be able to cook up something good.
