I equipped a plug by accident but instantly removed it I am on a male character and he is contantly doing weird fucking shit like touching himself grabbing boobs that aint there and i get notifications about it being in my but. This is reallly frustrating i cant get it to stop it even happens mid fight

How about you put the plug back, but instead of instantly removing it, let Papyrus do its thing for a few seconds, then remove it.

 

If that doesn't work then I'd assume the mod that it belongs to either has some other (perhaps unintuitive) mechanic that you're not aware of, or the code is broken. The latter issue might show up in the Papyrus log, so check that.

 

If there's nothing obvious going wrong in the Papyrus log when unequipping the plug, then use something like More Informative Console to list active spells and effects on the affected character. Remove any suspicious spells with the removespell command.

 

If there's nothing in the Papyrus log, and you have no butt spells, then I'd assume the script on the plug started or otherwise used a quest which is now applying the effects. To find this quest, you can search through all pex files in all mods (remember to include those hiding in BSA files) for the "Your plug makes" text. I've also made a CLI tool specifically for searching for strings in Skyrim; available by request. Once you know which script its coming from, you can look into implementing a way of stopping it.
