I did not test traveling with it since my game is already quite "heavy" mod-wise, making traveling unreliable already. I imagine that the easiest fix to this would be to make the mod load none of its settings by default and only apply cycles etc. when the options are enabled from in-game settings, but that's up to @MonocoDoll really. I tested traveling long ago and it worked on my end. These screenshots are from 2.7.25 1

So if there was a toggle option to set reminders, would be very nice and helpful. It could be used to remind about the pills, also to inform wich part of the cycle the sim is gonna be. Like "Wow! Be careful (or enjoy) your entering your fetile fase of the cycle" or "Attention! PMS at sight, things are about to get tense". Lol. The approaching of PMS is obvious as long as it it is felt even by others xD , but approaching of fertile faze is difficult for detection. Some of the girls I know said that sometimes they can feel the release of an egg and changing a secretion in that period, but it is almost imperceptible. So, for realism, there must be an option to hide an entering to fertile faze... 1
dumboxox Posted March 5, 2025 Posted March 5, 2025 still isnt working on my end... ill try on a fresh install and see if that fixes anything
dumboxox Posted March 5, 2025 Posted March 5, 2025 tested on a new install and still cant load into university with this mod installed.... game loads a bit then gets stuck (memory usage is also stuck at this value)
aexorinash04 Posted March 16, 2025 Posted March 16, 2025 (edited) Hello, I tried to fix it, but I couldn't, so I'm asking you. I really love this mod, and I've wanted someone to take a pregnancy test for a long time. I'm so happy that this mod specifically provides that. My question is: My Sims can't get pregnant. Even when they're in their fertile window, it doesn't work. I've increased all fertility settings, but nothing changed. All pregnancy tests come back negative. One of my Sims got pregnant completely by chance, and only her pregnancy test came back positive. But she doesn't appear to be pregnant, meaning she isn't actually pregnant. I don't know what to do. My settings: 💗 Edited March 16, 2025 by aexorinash04
Loveternity Posted March 16, 2025 Posted March 16, 2025 (edited) @aexorinash04 Your issue comes from kFertilityThreshold. I'll quote the relevant part from the .pdf: Quote The Fertility System was designed to attempt to work alongside Third Party mods and the vanilla game. The way it works is once a sim gets pregnant via the vanilla game or a third party mod. The fertility system will take into account both fertility rates of the sim with the menstrual cycle and the sim without one. First the system will determine whether either of them has a fertility rate of 0. If one of them does, then the pregnancy will be terminated. Otherwise both fertility rates will be combined and then divided by two. Then the game will see if it reaches the fertility threshold. Which by default is 70, but can be adjusted. If it meets the fertility threshold. Then the pregnancy is kept. Otherwise the pregnancy will be terminated. The bold parts are the important bit. You've set the threshold to 100, meaning that with your settings it is very unlikely to be reached on anything but FertileWindow3. Lower it and try again! Edit: I noticed another issue. kMinAdultAgeFertilityRatesForMales is 100, kMaxAdultAgeFertilityRatesForMales is 70. In other words a number that's at least 100 and at most 70... that's not possible. Edited March 16, 2025 by Loveternity One more issue

I pressed every key to fix it. 😭 Could you please tell me exactly how much I need to low and what? Edited March 16, 2025 by aexorinash04

Set kFertilityThreshold to a smaller number, like 10. Also fix the min/max fertility rate for adult males, max should be a larger number than min (you can reverse them, make min 70 and max 100). This should make pregnancies happen very often during the fertile window, perhaps too often.
Algester Posted April 9, 2025 Posted April 9, 2025 (edited) I need someone to help me sanity check is the Menstruation mod even "picky" about the other worlds your sim can travel to? thus far I have actually loaded into China and Egypt without any problem but France? ahahah... issues I havent revisited Sims University just yet it could be the menstruation mod it could be the battery script mod not playing exactly "nice" but I have a jank feeling that it has something similar to that custom career issues that some people are suffering from stoping other worlds from "loading" anyway from my testing outside of the home world, China and Egypt is a 50/50 toss up it can sometimes load the world sometimes it doesnt, for Oasis Landing and France its been 100% nothing much like dumboxox I can't go to any worlds with the Menstruation mod installed with out any script mods so "its as vanilla as it could be" I'm not sure how much reports gets around is it QAed tested against steam or Origin? Algester Posted May 6, 2025 Posted May 6, 2025 I'll just wait for further updates as to why my game wont let me load sub worlds with the mod active hell I havent checked the pills stuff yet
sikici3163 Posted June 30, 2025 Posted June 30, 2025 can ı see a pad or tampon attached to my sim's body after applying it?
Algester Posted July 12, 2025 Posted July 12, 2025 as of the Jan 13 update I still can't travel to other worlds with the mod active, what are the chances it doesnt like the smooth loader patch or worst the Adler Lake patcher?
ptsdfromhome Posted July 24, 2025 Posted July 24, 2025 For some reason, I get an error from NRaaS ErrorTrap when my sim is successfully impregnated, which makes her unable to stay pregnant. What should I do?

Shew was a mermaid, not sure if that makes a difference though. Also, I think the mod didn't work correctly in general on my game, because I couldn't find the period tracking app on my sim's phone and I have the impression the mod would add a menstrual cycle to every female sim by default, even though I had disabled it in the tunables settings. Gentlelovely Posted August 14, 2025 Posted August 14, 2025 Is there any known conflicts for this mod? Any at all that hasn't been listed? I've read the pdf file that comes with it, and while I have nraas story progression, Pregnancy Progress Controller, Passion, there's ways to ensure they work together so that's not a problem, however, I can't even get to that part because every time I put this mod in my mods folder, I get infinite loading after choosing a world, normally it only takes my game 12 minutes to load. I found this out doing the 50/50 method for last week to figure out what mods were conflicting in my game. I've done the 50/50 process over and over again and it was only when I took this mod out that everything loaded as normal. Then I tried 50/50 again to see if I could find the conflict with this mod in particular, but nothing I try is working and Delphy isn't picking up anything related to this mod. I've been at this for days and I'm at my wits end. Does anybody know of any other mods that could interfere with this mod? Or would someone be willing to peek in my mods folder and see if they can spot the issue? I'd be eternally grateful for any help at all.

aexorinash04 Posted August 24, 2025 Posted August 24, 2025 Hello. My adult Sims cannot get pregnant. They are not in menopause, but still they don’t get pregnant. I adjusted the settings, but it still didn’t work. Could you please help me?

Could you please help me? what did you adjust and what number? remember if you put the FertilityTreshold to 100 it means your sims has to score a perfect or over 100 for an impregnation to occur lower this value to be much more "sane" if you want more impregnation chances also you may have nRaaS Woohooer installed if that is the case then set Risky/Try for Baby chance to 100 I successfully impregnated a sim this way Edited August 30, 2025 by Algester

Mochies Posted October 25, 2025 Posted October 25, 2025 (edited) just wanted to say this mod also is stopping my worlds from loading, bar gets halfway and it just infinitely loads. i have c# utility from nexus and it's in my overwrites folder. Edited October 25, 2025 by Mochies
ptsdfromhome Posted November 20, 2025 Posted November 20, 2025 I've finally managed to make the mod work and not give me a script error every time a sim got pregnant through its fertility system. I think it was caused by a certain mod I had, which had caused me issues with another mod as well, preventing it from working at all. The infinite loading on my laptop has subsided as well but now Isla Paradiso won't load on my main PC. I think this has something to do with the amount of cc and mods I have; I have less of it on my laptop but more of it on my main PC since the first time I installed this mod. On my main PC, I have only tried to load Sunset valley, Riverview and Isla Paradiso with this mod and only the former two load but on my laptop Sunset Valley and Isla Paradiso load just fine (I don't have Riverview installed on there), albeit with a longer load time. Other than that, the mod is really good and one of my favorite to be honest. I just love the realism it brings to my gameplay and the challenge in conceiving a child makes the game feels fresh for me. I love how you have to make your sim do everything herself, instead of just relying on an automated system to manage the protection or contraception. In general, it's a very well thought mod and I appreciate that. One thing I could suggest would be to the ability to manually add a menstrual cycle to male sims as well, for the purpose of making a trans sim.
Starsmore Posted November 23, 2025 Posted November 23, 2025 So far this mod works perfectly for me 👍 I know that it sounds stupid to have Kinky World, this mod AND Birds & Bees, but I'd really like to have the latter one due to it's 'sentiment on having children' aspect. I've set KW's cycle to always fertile, hoping Monoco's mod will override it with it's own cycles so I don't get surprise pregnancies during periods 😅 So, do Birds & Bees conflict with Monocodolls, or can I safely download it and add it to my game?
