I need help

If nothing at all appears in your game, you perhaps haven't enabled mods in the game settings. There are two options you need to enable, one for "custom content and mods" (this is for stuff like custom clothing or the part of WW that allows your Sims appear naked in CAS) and one for "script mods" (this is for more complex mod functions like WW sex).

Another thing to pay attention to is to never have script files (".ts4script" file extension) more than one sub-folder deep within your Mods folder. In other words, if you open the "WickedWhimsMod" folder from your screenshot, you should see the WW script and package files, not some other folder.

Unrelated to this, I also noticed multiple files from the "Risky Woohoo" mod which havenamestarting with numbers. IIRC, these are for different pregnancy chances (5%, 10% and so on) and you should only have one of them in your Mods folder. Even if multiple of them don't cause issues, they'll likely override each other, resulting in the same behavior as if you only had the one that "wins".
