Trying naked mage playthrough, but Ordinator robe perks contradicts it. Help?

I've been playing a naked mage playthrough, and tried some mods like Ordinator. What sucks are perks like Robe of the Magi, Geomancer, and Energy Shield doesn't work when naked. Is there a way to change it, so those perks would work while naked? 

 

EDIT: I've tried with mods like Re-Ordinated Robe Requirements (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/101420?tab=description), Mage Armor Requirement Reducer (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/101420?tab=description), and Ordinator Robe Perks Shifted (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/38356?tab=description), from what I tried, it doesn't work.
