Loading Screens screwed up...

I don't know why,but my loading screens got significantly longer yesterday.

 

The only weird thing that's happened to them isn't just the time,but the "tips" and models ceased to appear most of the time.Just the black screen and smoke.

 

So,I decided to disable all of the mods I've activated yesterday.The mods I had added recently were:

Sjel Blad Castle

Compund Bow Collection

The Art of Magicka (This was added one session earlier actually)

This mod that extends the aetherium arsenal

and a clothes mod called Skyrim Musou that's not on Nexus,got it from some Youtube vid.

 

 

No change after disabling the mods.Reverted back to a save some 3 levels earlier,still the same problem.

What could have happened and is there a way I can fix it?

A load order would help people see what you have installed on your game so people can try to pinpoint what is causing it or we accomplish nothing as all we can do is guess as to what is causing it.
