Tattoo parlor for skyrim?

I have long been wandering: is there no immersive way to add tattoos to your character? We have the frameworks to add tattoos, for example slavetats, but there is no way to add them, other than thtough the mcm, outside mods that use the framework to add stuff on the character usually without consent. 

 

So, what I'm asking is, please do tell if there is such a mod, and if there indeed is not, please someone with the skills, take up the task and make one!

You mean, something applicable through ESP/ESL?

Remove your tats allows to do it, tho i think it never worked for me(probably because of my broken modlist)

This is somewhat close, but the thing with Remove your tats is that you can only add random tattoos from rapetats. What I'm looking for is an in-universe (=immersive) way to get your character tattooed, not only random demeaning tats.
