Papyrus errors please help

I've been trying to fix some of the errors the log has been bring up and coopervane was kind enough to suggest getting the unoffical patchs to remove some which I've done and it has removed a load of them but i'm now stuck as I can't find anything about how to fix the remaining ones, I've googled all the errors hoping it would take me to a page where someone else has had them and found a fix but no joy.

 

My current papyrus log is Papyrus.0.rar which i started a new game to get

Did you remove Climates of Tamriel?

I don't think i've used Climates of Tamriel but if i did it definately wasn't installed when i started the new game
