Black Spots on Sims - Please Help

I have this problem with my game, and it is that some sims appear with this error in the textures. I have tried changing skin, makeup, cc, hairstyle, clothes, etc, but nothing seems to work. It only happens in some sims, there are others that work without problems. Could someone help me to solve it?

You can use the Sims 4 Tray Importer utility program (download here: https://luniversims.fr/files/file/73-sims-4-tray-importer/) to inspect the households containing those affected Sims. The "CC" tab should show you any and all custom content those Sims have in use, so it's just a matter of finding the stuff they have in common while no other Sim has it.

try starting the game from the installation files in the official directory. i don't remember if it's the TS4_Launcher_x64 file or one of the three. try them all. i read this solution and it worked for me without deleting mods or modifying any sims in cas. in short, you have to start the game from the official directory and not from the one that is proposed to you by the desktop. let me know if it works for you

It will be one of your CC. I found an issue with custom eyes at one point in my game causing glitches.
