For threesome events there is also no pregnancy chance. 3) CD3 character interactions such as "fornicate" also have no pregnancy chance since it's intended for MM animations. Is this correct? If I were to create a custom event using had_sex_with_effect would your animations still work in an MF context, with pregnancy_chance?

Your mod has been well taken care of, improved and developed. I gotta ask, you’re using the slightly modified vanilla female meshes, correct? Would a mod such as the now very old Simple Slits help with improved female body textures? We can’t use CBO because it breaks the animations. Any ideas or recommendations?

Within events, you can have an effect that creates the character using the character templates. There is a female_chance option there that you can specify. The value can be from 0 to 100. If 0 then it is going to be a male character. You can set it to 50 for 50-50 chance.
