BOSS saying it can't find My Skyrim.esm

Erll like the title says I ran Boss 2.1.1 today and it said it couldnt find my Skyrim.esm which I find weird seeing as I was playing Skyrim less then an hour ago. Any ideas what could be causing BOSS to go bonkers like this?

The guy needed to be more descriptive BOSS needs to be installed into the DATA folder not the steam apps folder

Not quite, I install BOSS in C:\ and BOSS work without any problem.

what OS are you using and what bit 32 or 64 plus did you install Skyrim via steam or disk? I originally installed BOSS using the default install path and got this error the moment I put it in the Data folder the error stopped.

Isn't it just work if you run skyrim_launcher.exe at least once?

You have to run the launcher at least once for either one but installing it via the default path got me the error even with running the launcher.
