I would change her nose a bit , overall she's great.

You might also try a different hairstyles that could fit an orc barbarian.

I'd darken the _s.dds a bit to cut down on the shine, should also help lessen the visibility of the neck/body seem.

Like any race in any game, the characters are what each individual player perceives them to be. Orcs like elves range from beautiful to downright butt fugly. it's all what "you" perceive her to be. The one thing many forget is that there is no norm for any race even in the same game series, they change over time. For an Orc I think she's cute. But usually when thinking of an orc you might think big ugly and foreboding but what does the male orc think. If she appeals to you, then that is all that matters. Face paint might add to the appeal but that is for you to decide.

Well, the nose is really a problem, but currently I still cant find a way to get a better nose for an orc lady.

 

Though I won't really play the game with this orc

I like Redguard ladies for more.

I like the nose: although not cute, it is a reminder that she is an orc. I'd let it that way.
On the other side, her skin looks kinda sick. Too yellow-ish. Maybe a darker green?
