CTD Assistance

I'm getting CTDs upon loading into character creation. Specifically, racemenu will load up, then I get maybe 5-10 seconds before the game will CTD. Unless I touch a slider, then it will instantly CTD. I'm honestly having trouble parsing the crash report. I've tried a few things, but nothing has worked so far.

Edit: pastebin link for the crash logger report instantly died upon posting, for some unknown reason. New link should work.
Edit 2: Second attempt at putting up a full crash logger report pastebin failed in the same way. Not sure why.

SOLVED:
After digging(who would have thought that after several hours of trial and error, it only took 20-ish minutes more of research), I have determined the cause of my problem. I failed to realize that I needed to update from ConsoleUtilSSE to ConsoleUtilSSE NG.

For anybody out there that stumbles across this thread having any similar issue, CHECK TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE CONSOLEUTILSSE NG INSTALLED.
