Can confirm I was hit with this.  I cannot confirm it was unmount blocker though because I hadn't repacked a mod.

Does project galacta fix sound mods or no?  Because if not I don't need it, I just need to pack them properly.

I uninstalled Unmount Blocker and kept Project Galacta and UTOC signature bypass and the voice mods are working fine for me from what I've seen

Is Project Galacta only available through a Discord server? Because I got hit with the temp ban as well. Just glad it's not permanent.

Just came here to inform those who haven't seen; Unmount Blocker is the culprit for bans, Project Galacta works and is the only way to play with mods right now
