If you have the mod that removes blur you might want to remove that for now cause ive seen people say it might count as a config and is probably why some people are getting flagged and others aren't. I removed that mod and only have cosmetic mods left and I haven't been flagged after playing for over an hour with the temporary bypass. Just FYI

or even on the same Plugins folder inside that same folder you posted also works. i only got to the menu to see if it worked and got out because soon i will sleep but hopefully that is a proper solution. i dont want them to ban mods that shit is literally the main reason why i even buy a ton of the skins.

I test this blocker,play some qp and one ranked.Ihave such mods like COSY,MRM,Jelly,Hobby,Acha,some Happosai and hide accesories-no message or penaltys for me

Bruh.  

And the devs didn't seem to mind the gooner mods, they just made us turn them off for in-game sharing.  Now they discover the cheaters.

Damnit.  This kills 50% of my motivation to play this game.

Dang, i hope this gets fixed soon (a fix that wont get you banned). The mods are one of the best parts of this game. They made so many of the skins a lot better.

its kinda odd I logged in still with mods on and some work others don't so it sseems like they didn't get all of them

Basically if you still have your ~mods folder and UTOC Bypass, you download this "repak-gui-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.zip" from https://github.com/natimerry/repak-rivals/releases open and extract the "repak-gui.exe" in your ~mods folder, run it, click yes if there's a window appeared, click encrypt all when the GUI opens (if there's any mods that requires to encrypt) and finally just launch the game.

Edit: Tested in 2 games, works flawlessly.

Once you download for your OS (probably windows) extract the zip somewhere.

 

Open the Repack gui

 

Say yes to all prompts.
