im using the vortex mod manager, maybe it has something to do with that?

I encountered some bugs related to COSY's Ice Dagger Pas de Deux mod. And I followed the instructions and used the ICE_I file, but the ice cubes are not transparent as shown in the picture. Does anyone have a fixed version they could share?
