Drop it at least here, his mod is public, it's not really a big deal if you don't get money from it. Also devs will soon disable modding feature

they said they gonna disable/ban people if they mess with the game settings files so i wouldnt count on them being cool with character mods

They're actually saying nothing here. Just corporate talk for enforcing whatever's in the EULA. And for reference, here's the EULA:

 

 

TLDR; EULA only officially restricts Third party software/hacks and modifications that gives the modder an unfair advantage in the game. Cosmetics mods are not a part of this restrictions, legally.

Just in case I would advice to remove every mod from the pak folder, uninstall, delete the game from the common folder and reinstall

aint no way we might have to make something disabling the detection software or smth cuz this bs if its client side and it doesnt affect gameplay then they shouldnt even care for fucks sake, Im keeping my mods on fuck it, ill tell yall if i get banned
