You're looking to go into Pose Mode with the armature, so you can select the individual bones themselves for scaling with the model. Select the armature and Ctrl+Tab to enter/exit pose mode

As a test, I decided to just extract the model, import it into blender, export it, put it in unreal and then cook and pack it.
Just doing that doesn't work, I've tried with both PSK and GLTF2 exports, uemodel doesn't seem to be possible for me as it seems fmodel doesn't work with the newer/newest version of Rivals? Or do i need a new Mappings file?

Uemodel works well with the new version of Rivals. This is the new mapping file for S3.

Same thing with uemodel. Model doesn't load, and game crashes 5-10 seconds later with a generic access violation

Here's the FBX I exported from blender, hopefully it's able to help figure out what's going on i guess

 

This is such a pain in the ass and it's probably going to end up just being something really stupid that I'm overlooking

I got this when I imported and cooked your fbx.

At least it doesn't crash and, in a strange way, it has something nice that I like. 

But for sure I don't think it was intended.

Well I know what's causing that issue, the mesh is too small and is getting stretched to the scale of the armature, causing it to thin out like that.

So if it works for you, then the question becomes why is it crashing for me?

There has to be something in unreal that I'm messing up as that's the only thing left that hasn't been gone through

I don't know if this can help, but I ask to be sure. You are using UE 5.3.2 right? I have also installed SDK for Windows version 10.0.26100

Not familiar enough.  When I select the Vertex group for L_Breast or R_Breast it doesn't seem to select anything specific, so I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly or if the groups don't exist on the vertexes even though the armature lists the group.

What bone length and scale are you importing them into Blender with?  Are you using the newest version of UEFormat?

Is there ANYTHING I need to do to the assets in unreal before cooking?

Change material slot names, anything I need to create and assign, any asset details I need to change at all?

I'm on 5.3.2, and I installed that SDK and restarted just in case. 

If that FBX works for you then its nothing in blender causing the crash, so it has to be here

Ok, Pose Mode.  Here's what I'm looking at:

Vertex Groups are on the model itself, they are what the armature moves. When you have a bone called FatTitty_L the armature looks on the attached models for a vertex group called FatTitty_L and moves the vertices that are in the group.

 

In pose mode you just want to select the bones in the 3d viewport and scale them up, move them, rotate them, to get a rough shape of what you want (hopefully the weighting on the model is good so its easier to do)

Then select the model, go to the modifiers tab (looks like a blue wrench), and apply the modifier to make that "pose" a permanent change to the mesh
Then you go into sculpt mode and detail things out a bit by smoothing out edges, creating creases where they need to be, etc

I've checked with an un-fixed model as well, just packaged it up using the repakgui without fixing the meshes, same look.
I'm gonna try and see if ACTUALLY packaging it does the same


edit: It does. What the fuck? I checked my other Unreal mods' model for this and none of them have this issue

I'm gonna verify my 5.3.2 installation

Edit: ...nothing. Still the same issue. I'm gonna try cooking some of my other mods to see if their files get screwed over as well

Edit: other games turn out fine, its JUST this, I even tested City of the Wolves thats also on 5.3. It's like somebody really just doesn't want me making mods for rivals
 

Alright I've tried everything I can possibly think of, nothing gives me any different results. Spent all day trying to figure out something here and I've come back with nothing I can work with

Yeah, your mods are still popular from season 0, and the community has done wonders keeping your mods alive.

 

I know that Mantis one still works; I use it and have the three files right here.

Mapping file was updated for the new version.  Could it be that?   I realize mapping is FModel, I'm just throwing out possibilities.

Here's Galacta version I got working for new season, Peni mods fixed by Napa, and the Peni NSFW videos and UI Elements. 

 

Which Dagger, SG, Luna, and Magik?    HatsuneSora fixed the Magik with the big boobs, Dagger I can't recall which version, but I likely have the old file, remind me what it was.   Luna, which luna mod?
