Sure it does, but I guess mine is baked into moan mods so maybe it's that? 

 

Does it crash or just not play the lines?

I had the same issue before the 2.5 patch. I used both your all-in-one moan/hela mod, and the hela one worked fine. But the standalone one simply won't play any of the modded lines.

It may need to be fixed, let me do a little testing.

I do want to provide a quick tip to those who are having issues launching the game with mods. It is my experience that NetEase is horrible at patching/updating their game to a current install. They leave behind old/obsolete files that can cause issues. So by following the below steps, your issue MAY resolve itself (not guaranteed):

 

1.) Remove your ~mods folder and the bypass out of your game (like to your Desktop or something)

 

2.) Uninstall Marvel Rivals

 

3.) Go into the game directory (in Steam, your games will be in the steamapps -> common folder of whatever drive it's installed on) and completely delete the MarvelRivals folder. NOTE: Again, MAKE SURE to move your mods out of the game BEFORE you do this step or you WILL delete them too.

 

4.) Reinstall Marvel Rivals

 

5.) Though probably not necessary, it's always good practice to launch the game one time. Files get generated when a game is launched for the first time. Again, you probably don't have to do this step, but I am adding it anyways.

 

6.) Move your bypass and mods back into your appropriate folders in the game.

 

7.) Launch and profit.

 

Again, can't guarantee this will work, but I have fixed mine and other games doing this, so it's worth a shot.

It seems that most mods work. The main problem is mesh mods. Invisible Woman's Nude High Hells mod crashed the game when inspecting in heroes.

 

For some reason, Peni Parker's nude in mech mod is working still. Lmao

All of my mesh mods work.

 

However, from my understanding, VFX mods are broken.  They have to be fixed by the author by editing some stuff in the mod.

 

So if you're running a mesh mod with VFX, or a VFX mod (like Sue's pink mod), you'll crash.

I put this request on the modding Discord, but putting it here as well. Courtesy of HobbyR34, he created a Mantis model. Sadly, due to my lack of PC space and modding skills, I am not able to convert it.

There's plenty on Discord but they don't wanna make Peni mods. You could ask via PM but they would surely snitch and get you banned from the server

so i havent had a single issue with any mods so far since 2.5 no hela audio issue either with eher foul mouth mod. i also have a fresh download of rivals after season2 version released. only issue i saw and it coulda been a old issue. one of peni's blasters on the right shoulder flips backwards when firing. then back normal when not. its the peni mod with peni as the core of the robot with her ass arched back with her legs and arms going into the arms and legs of the suit and the nipple piercings. i can share file if needed if someone wants to fix it ❤️
