Is this caused by problemed mesh?

Teen has a weird, deformed nude top and when I went to check the naked outfit, the game crashed with an xcpt like this

 

Update: it was indeed caused by a problematic nude top mesh.

Did you change the teens age with menu options ?

 

 

All sims use the same objects so if something like an improper top was in the files that caused it to crash - it would crash every time a teen would be used and that top was 'equipped'. I had this issue with a custom hair many years ago. If I moved the camera to where that hair was in game (even in town view) I would get a CTD. Luckily I was able to determine which sim/hair is was and without 'seeing' the sim was able to remove it from the game and never used that hair again.

 

It sounds like you have a corrupted Sim for 'reasons' I cannot explain. I don't need to read code to understand the end result. Either go back to an earlier save before that particular Sim gave you trouble, or try to clone it in CAS if possible and then create a new Sim from it since 'going live' with a Sim (new to the game world) adds new files to that Sims 'folder'. These are the files giving you trouble or it would be as I mentioned - affecting every teen wearing similar whatever.
