option missing

option to use animal animations is missing in wickedwhims settings, it is not possible to run them even by selecting the animal with shift + left mouse click, what is the point of the animal menu if they are not detected and seen by the player to be able to use them?

Animal animations were never used with WickedWhims, they are for Devious Desires (or however the creator calls his mod these days).

I don't understand why they don't include the option in the "Inappropriate Unlock" mod that unlocks alternative content, otherwise that character/animal selection menu wouldn't make sense to exist.

Like I said, it's not part of WickedWhims. The Inappropriate Unlock mod only brings back WW stuff that was removed/disabled (originally only to comply with Patreon guidelines, now generally), it doesn't add anything that was never there in the first place.

Adding support for animal animations would require a wholly new framework and even if somene were to build such a framework starting from scratch, the resulting code might be considered plagiarism (and funnily enough, plagiarism is why the creator of DD was banned from this site).

 

If you want animal animations in your game, you need to get Devious Desires (but I don't know where to get it).
