Ty, but is there any way to get these items besides console? And do you know their name by chance?

You're looking for "zbf Belt Doggie" for the waist, and "zbf Gag Leather" for the gag.

 

Note that it's a pretty old body setup for the doggie belt and it's not unlikely that you'll have neck seam issues.

 

Collar is hard to tell but probably just the black collar from the same.  Other than mods that add boxes of the zaz items, you're pretty much stuck using console to get them.
