Patches go after the mods they are patching.

The sexy statue mod should be below the Skyrim202X mod.

LOOT is fine for 99% of load orders but it only sorts the plug-ins (esm, esp and esls) not mods per se.

Generally speaking, FNIS should have the skeleton arm patch fix box ticked and if necessary one or both of the GENDER animation boxes. You can tick them both as it wont do any harm even if it is not needed.
