Can't get The New Gentleman Futa addons to show on character/NPCs

I recently decided to uninstall SOS and try TNG when I saw that there were Futa addons which work with TNG. I installed TNG and the addons and confirmed penises show up for males and even the TRX male add on shows up w/o issue but for whatever reason I can't get them to show up at all for female characters. I installed ERF's schlong through the Gentlewoman mod, TRX's Futa Mod addon for TNG and DW's addon and they show up in the addon list in TNG. When I select the penis in the list and the size nothing happens or rather nothing shows on female characters. I confirmed that I built the correct bodies in bodyslide and I've tested it with my player character and on NPCs and still nada...

I'd say try install a few more schlongs and see if 1 works.

I have for example. UNP - Futanari TRX addon - Futanari CBBE

Weirdly enough to fix the issue where futa schlongs weren't showing on females was reinstall Obody NG. Once I reinstalled that mod the futa cocks started showing on NPCs and the female player character.

EDIT: For the next poor genius that wanders in from the internet: I am playing a Breton. It just doesn't work with Bretons. I was at the College of Winterhold. I can put an add-on on Brelyna (Dunmer), Faralda and Nirya (Altmer), Colette Marance (Imperial? Nord?), and even the Argonian woman added by ICOW, but not on Mirabelle Ervine or my character because we're Breton. The Breton thing is the common denominator, and one other thread somewhere here had a thing about it. 

What the hell is the deal with Bretons?

 

I see Obody NG, Obody NG - Settings Loader, and OBody NG Config in my LO. Even after reinstalling all three in one go, I can't assign an addon to my character. 

I'm using the versions linked by Miss Corruption as being newer and not needing her New Gentlewoman mod (they're hidden now, I've had them for a while, nexus mods 113455 and 113526) I also have the SMP for 113455 installed, it's 116144 SMP for TRX Futa... 

I am really hoping I can have TNG handle the futa action/OStim SA without having SOS installed at all. Is that unlikely?

Pandora and FNIS, even though Pandora install instructions say FNIS is not needed.

damn trying to figure out why stuff isn't showing up and even obody ng hasn't fixed it for me yet
