Making mods

So there are mods I wanna make namely for bg3 Skyrim fallout 4 but some of those mods may use assets from other games ie dmc final fantasy etc etc now I understand that it’s a no-no on nexus so when I saw a creator called badwitch uploading to her patreon mostly she was taking elden ring armor and weapons so I thought ok I’ll do that and just make them free but then as of yesterday her patreon was nuked so now I was wondering I saw some mods here for instance there’s a judge gabranth armor from the newish final fantasy dissida game so that armor was definitely a rip because they got it from a deviantart model ripper so is it possible for me to upload my mods here and my account not get nuked or no I would hate to only let them be for personal use
