Dragon only shout from word wall in Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary

With all the bugs in Skyrim I'm guessing it's probably best to just do Skyrim and all DLC without any mods except for the unofficial patches? Finally got into the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary and when I got the second word for Marked for Death it also gave me the shout Durnehviir's Drain Vitality. It gave me the second along with the first word unlocked with the same words and cooldown as Marked for Death.

When I first went through dragonborn I did so with a new install no patches and only a few armor mods for the DLC I had no problems except for the elevator thing in the magicians house but the tlc command worked so that is what I used to go up and down instead.

 

You could use the console and add the shout you were suppose to get that way. ~ Button help shout find the one that you type in player.addshout space shout ID number.

The problem is when bethesda made skyrim they left bugs and the DLC is sure to have loads of them. You could try tesvedit to clean them up if you know how to use it. It works wonders on getting rid of game breaking bugs.

It gave me both shouts when I approached the word wall. I want the second word for Marked for Death but is there anyway to remove Durnehviir's Drain Vitality shout? It's not totally a problem but almost kinda considering disabling almost all mods and starting my 9th or 10th character and doing all the quests for Skyrim, Dawnguard and Dragonborn before adding any mods.
