in most cases it is a wrong load order. (maybe LOOT sorted?  NEVER LOOT with Oblivion )

 

The only skeleton that works with LAPF/Lovers is the skeleton in the LAPF download file.  Never let another mod overwrite the skeleton!  Check animations, clothing-armor and race mods if they have a skeletons and delete them before installing the mod.
