Hello!

Im kind of new to modding, although it has all been going smoothly until I hit this armor mod:

http://modtype.doorblog.jp/archives/35681351.html

I see it says CBBE is supported, but I get CTD's when i equip the main body armor (and only the main body armor)..the boots/etc work fine. Any help? Im using the newest version of CBBE, and no other body mody instead of stuff like sporty sweat/etc.

Thought someone with more experience might know what im doing wrong..and i think it has to do something with the "milkshake cbbe" reffered..but google translate doesnt make to easy to decipher it for me.

Thanks!

Checking on the description, it mentions TBBP and HDT HighHeels System.  Which means you need a TBBP enabled skeleton (like XPMS ) and install the HDT Heel System.  Since you didn't mention having those installed, I'd start from there.  That milkshake thing google so wonderfully translated (talk about google fail there) is basically saying that you need a TBBP skeleton, nothing to do with milk xP  It also tells you to use the HighHeels mod to adjust the heels height so they don't sink into the ground.

Haha makes sense xD

Thanks for the help! I have HDT already, and I just installed the XP32 skele, but I still get the same CTD's :(

Sorry for the newbness, and i really appreciate the help.

Xp32 asked to overwrite the CBBE bbp jiggly files, and i said yes to all, and said no to overwriting a feminine running mod I had installed.

The one here ALSL Body - CBBE BBP TBBP Bodyslide Plus Plus presets by AlexSlesh says I do not recommend you to use ”XP32 Maximum Skeleton -XPMS” by xp32 with this mod, it may change your female character height and body proportions. Instead, I recommend you to pick skeleton from ”Custom Skeleton Replacers” by Skulltyrant. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/16712/? Custom Skeleton Replacers by Skulltyrant I will warn you there are a shit ton and I mean a shit ton of skeletons to pick from it looks like the TBBP ones are towards the bottom.

The running mod shouldn't be a problem unless it comes with its own skeleton.  Try reinstalling a skeleton and if the running mod comes up, check which file it asks to overwrite.  If the file is "skeleton_female.nif", it needs to be overwritten.  And true, you could also try skulltyrant's skeletons instead.  BTW, is that the only CTD you get?  Did you install this along with some other mods?

In general though, if you're using many mods or don't want your mods to become a mess, you're better off with something like Mod Organizer or Wrye Bash.  They give you better control of mods than the nexus manager.

I have no problem with the nexus manager but then I'm also using a older older version it has a lot less of those bells and whistles added to it and I keep it from updating. But I do use wrye bash both for skyrim and oblivion.
