A pitch black penis is usually due to a missing texture. Personally, I've seen this happen with quite a few nude skin replacer mods that weren't WW-compatible, but it might also be a broken penis model or a file conflict that overrides the texture with some other asset.

The best way to deal with issues like this (in my experience) is the tried and tested 50/50 method.
