Sprint mod

I'm trying to find a mod that will add something like acceleration when running. Like magic, dragon shout or skill. I want to use fast travel less, but I really don’t like dealing with horses, and it takes too long to get to my destination with a regular sprint. Are there such mods or something similar?

This description seems somewhat vague.  If you want to increase the sprinting speed that is easily accomplished by using a mod like this and editing the values in xEdit.  Don't complain if you don't know how to use xEdit - just ask.  It is very simple.

 

If instead you are looking for something that gradually increases your sprinting speed over time that will require scripting and is not as simple.  For additional help you would have to provide more information on exactly what you're looking for and hope that someone is willing to provide help.

Yes, I admit, I might have formulated it wrong, I apologize. I'm looking for a mod that will add an extra sprint, not one that will speed up the default one. Something like an additional button, pressing which the character will run faster, possibly with a different animation. Something like Magic Jumps, if you know this mod, but for running

Probably not exactly what you are looking for, but this mod has a sort of workaround. If this is the right version, this outfit comes with a spell that can allow an extra speed boost when activated. Only works for vampires though and very brief duration. (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/100849)

 

Or you can use this mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/16225) It has a spell called "longstride" and as long as you have the magicka and hold down the spell, your speed is increased. Has plenty of other fun spells too (over 155 new spells according to the mod page)

 

 

Neither is like a second level of sprint, but both move faster than sprint and can be treated like an alternative. If you know your way around TesEdit, you can alter how the spells activate or remove the vampire requirement for the first one and extend its duration.

 

EDIT: I'm fairly certain both these mods exist for LE and SE. I just supplied the first link I found for each.

I do not seem to be able to find an equivalent for LE but maybe you can backport Pick Your Own Speed and Jump Height? Elden Sprint was ported so you are at least halfway there.

I'm sorry, apparently I didn't notice a separate section for Skyrim SE, I'm on this version. That's probably why there weren't so many answers. Thanks for your suggestions
