How many of those mods did you install all at once without testing to make sure things were working?  When you're creating a new game, you should only be adding a few mods at a time (maybe 3-5) and then starting the game to see if everything works.  Then if it doesn't work, you only have those 3-5 mods to troubleshoot.  If you install 100+ mods all together, you've screwed yourself.

 

Disable (NOT uninstall) all of your mods and start over with a few at a time.  Yes, it takes time, but how much time have you lost now because you didn't do it to begin with?

 

Do you need F4SE and do you have it installed correctly?  Are you launching the game from the F4SE launcher?

 

If the game crashes right after the Bethesda logo, you're probably missing a master or requirement for one of your other mods.  It's up to you to go through your list and figure out which one, unless Vortex puts up a warning icon like MO2 does.

So does your game launch with no mods at all then?

 

You didn't answer about F4SE.  Do any of your mods require it?  Are you launching from the F4SE launcher, and is F4SE installed correctly?  Do you have the correct version for your edition of the game?

 

What is your game edition number?  FO4 had a "Next Gen" update within the last year, not all mods are compatible with it yet.  If you have the NG update, you may need to roll back.  There are plenty of threads on here about that already, go through the forum topics and find one if you need it.

i have f4se and i would guess that since i have disabled them one by one it wouldnt be something wioth the gen of the game / version

Fixing something like this is very simple, but I think you've already figured it out.

You MUST DISABLE all add-ons and launch the game using Fallout4Launcher and then configure it again.

When it's running...
Use the file manager to install the CORRECT version of the desired mods environment.

What usually causes an error? Incorrect game mode installation and/or incompatibility.
The file manager only helps a little...
The page for the mod to be installed lists all the requirements that must be met!
