This industrial-style Stable has everything Good Time Guys need to make their clients happy and enjoy themselves as well (it may be called "sex work" but if you love what you do you'll never work a day in your life).  The ground floor is dominated by the large central bar with lots of two person tables for the Guys and their clients to get to know one another, before moving into one of the eight private rooms, each with a very comfortable bed.  Down in the basement however, the can enjoy a pole dancing show, as well as make use of the gloryholes, toys and slings (note, for these slings and the animations that accompany them you will need to have Khlas Male Interactions).

 

Once you download this build, move the Tray files into your games Tray folder and the CC files into your games Mods folder, then just place the lot (fits on a 30x20 with a proce tag around $166k).  As always I make no claim of ownership to any of the CC used in this build, huge thanks to the amazing creators who have made them.

Knowing that I may be doing something wrong..., but for some reason this build/lot does not show up in my game.  Help!!!

If you've moved the Tray and CC files into the right places in your game folder, then the lot itself will appear in your Library when you open the gallery.  Be sure to tick the box that includes custom content, I'd assume it would be somewhere near the top but if not search for the lot name or my name (I'm BearyBry on the gallery as well).

I am so sorry.  I've checked everything 4 times, and I have ALL of the files in the correct place.  I've even DL one of your apartments from here and it does show up for me, so that's good.

But your Eros Club sadly does not show *crying.    I really, really loved the information that I read about it; and I am so hoping to be able to use it in my All Gay Town.

 

Going to try to unzip that file again to be sure that I did not copy/paste the wrong files.  Thanks for being a GREAT CREATOR! 

 

I'm looking at some of your other builds now from the Gallery to put into my town.

OK, so I noticed that almost 50 females kept showing up, and only 1-2 males per night.

 

Then, I set the club to only allow MEN.  Now, I have about 6-7 men showing up per night.  *cries

 

Strange, right?

 

Also, I have been unable to locate the "sling" in game.  Help, please?  Thanks

For the sling (and accompanying animations) you need Khlas Male Interactions, though I believe it is for Patreons only (not sure if/when a free version will be released).  You can always add is some other items there instead.
