Open "floor.ini" in Notepad, change the yellow part to "O (or any letter you like)", and save it. Similarly, change the "X" and "V" in "main.ini".

Really thanks to @tsuyatsuya for creating this GUICVM, which makes it easier to distinguish mod keybindings. I will also include this link in the 3.1 update.

Secondly, two dds files were missing in version 3.1. I’m uploading a bugfix folder here; please place the two dds files in the items folder. Thanks to @fmyd for pointing this out.

Additionally, some people have already discovered a hidden feature in version 3.1: pressing ctrl+alt+shift+[ activates a hidden mode. This feature is not fully developed yet, and maybe not everyone like this theme, so I didn’t mention it in the menu.

Due to my current busy schedule, I haven’t had time to work on mods, and I’m very sorry that the progress on the bedroom mod has slowed down. Thank you all for your understanding and support!

I don't know if I'm missing something, but when I use the "Change wall and top" keybind only the ceiling changes, while the wall doesn't cycle through the different colors.

I suggest you to use VV Manager to check the conflict. I think the hash number of wall on Steam and DMM is same.

It doesn't show any conflicts, and I tried to check the hash numbers but everything seems to be correct. (I'm quite new to the inner workings of modding, so I still won't exclude errors on my part)

I found some really suitable AV poster images online, but I don't know how to convert them to DDS format.
If possible, I'd also like to use them for furniture placement in the island owner's room.

Another way to solve the problem is, disable your mod on by one. I only changed the hash of wall's DDS file. So maybe it doesn't showed on VV Manager.
