How do I even Install Skyrim and with mods in 2024 ?

I got the Steam Skyrim SE edition 11670 I think it is the AE ? but it had a forced had to use the creative club and other mods and can't re arrange the certain pre determined mod, and the game doesn't even run for me anymore.. maybe due to left over settings from my SKSE , I can't tell, I am going to have to delete and reinstall skyrim.

 

Anyone can tell me how to get Skyrim SE or AE edition from steam to be able to just like 'normal' and able to load up mods from loverslab  in 2024 ? seem they make changes and make it hard for people to enjoy skyrim nowadays.

 

I want to reinstall Skyrim so I can play the mod Slave run, SE edition, anyone can help me out here ? Thanks in advance.

There are guides to help with every aspect of Skyrim all over Youtube. You are not going to get anything close to a coherent and reliable guide from whatever replies this thread generates. You will have to watch, read and think a lot.
