How do I stop this in public

Nevermind I fixed it, if by any chance someone needs a fix, you'll have to delete "deviousdesires_milk_farm.package" and "deviousdesires_milk_farm.ts4script"

 

The DD Mod works fine after deleting milk farm mod. It's located in

Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods\DDModules

 

If there's a way to disable this without deleting it, let me know please.

Shift-click on the sim > Configure Mod Settings > DD > Milk Farm > Autonomy (or a similar place).
Removing the module also disables milk consumption and milking of sims with breasts.
