Creation Kit and NPC Weight.

I've tried changing the weight of several NPC's via Creation Kit. However when I came across them, they appeared to be the default weight. I did make this edit after starting a new game. So perhaps this will take affect if I restart the game again?

I'm also trying to avoid using the "setnpcweight" command because that messes up the npc's face pretty bad.

Anyone have a solution?

So I popped open TES5Edit to see what changes are made. I'm not exactly sure what to be looking for though. I went to one of the actors I changed and it said her weight based on the "Skyrim.esm" is 20 and on the "NewFollowers.esm" the weight is 100.

Have you tried loading the NewFollowers.esm in CK and modifying the weight?  It sounds like your weight change is being applied to the game before that file loads, so your changes are overridden when NewFollowers.esm is loaded in your order.

Well I made the NewFollwers.esm in CK just yesterday after starting a new game. The equipment changes to the npc's are working, just not the weight.

Maybe it has something to do with the load order? BOSS sees these as unrecognized plugins so it probably didn't order them correctly.

Load your !complete! Load Order in TES5Edit and look from left to right what is changing and if the weight is changed after your file.

Just looking in your file just shows that something is changed but not if something after this changes anything.

Ok the only solution I've managed to come up with is:

- Deactivating my .esm
- Loading my save and using "setnpcweight" and thus messing up their face.
- Save.
- Activate my .esm again thus fixing the face.
- Load game.
