Keep Sims in Basement

Hello everybody, I have a question is there a mod that allows me to put sims in cells in the basement without adding them to household or despawning to use them for food for vampires or just to have fun with them when ever I want.

You don't even need a mod to do that.   Invite them to the lot, talk to them and bring them to the cell by sitting on a bed (example) and using the "talk here" option, let them talk, and set the door to only houseold or only specific sim (yours).

For this you might use Sim Snatcher by ColonolNutty. One can set the spawn point for the slaves in the basement and they stay on the lot - or in case the door is locked in their room.
