Sorasueme Posted January 1 Posted January 1 Hey so... the mod hardly ever kicks out events for me, even on the highest setting for it. I've played like 6 games and only got one event (for a ground battle). Is that normal?

I plan to add more but I am not a coder and our primary coder left the project, though we are actively looking to replace them and begin updates once more.

breaktheacre Posted January 18 Posted January 18 also i figure ill let you know since its been bugging me since i noticed, the portraits for ponies, female mice, & most of the kobold portraits are stretched horizontally, this may be an issue on my end, if so is there a way to fix it? also the 12th male mice portrait is rather drastically oversized, with most of it being off-screen

In a future update i plan to replace these with newer and better images

Personally i very much DON'T like Human preds. No matter the art style it triggers uncanny valley for me and makes me feel weird, BUT if there is enough desired for it i will add it despite my preferences. The reason it hasn't been added is due to this being a passion project up to this point. 1

That said I'm disappointed by the use of AI generated graphics. It seems to remain a consistent source of sourness for Stellaris modding still. That said, I do approve of the granularity of the event stuff you got cooked up for how you can enable or disable specific vore types and features.

I am not an artist and to not use ai would mean commissioning an artist or yoinking the art without permission (Which is worse imo). And to commission enough art JUST to replace all the AI pieces Currently in the mod would be around $4k-8k or more. So while I DO want to replace the AI content, unless an artist agrees to contribute art to the mod, then it will remain with ai until such a time that i have the extra income to pay an artist.
