˚‧♡HELLO AND WELCOME TO BAMIII'S WORLD - PART 2!˚‧♡

 

//This is my second BAMIII'S WORLD file where you can find lots and custom sims made for some of these lots! Be sure to read about every single one and take a look at their previews that I'll be linking down below (or go to the Get Support section of this file)~ You'll find a lot of different buildings, from simple, cozy homes, to clubs, motels, lounges and many more! Even sims & lots for Christmas, Easter, Halloween and more! 🎃💋 And not only lots, but some sims to go with them as well! 

 

//Since the file upload limit has been set to 192 mb, most of my sims and maybe some lots will come in 2-3 separate parts, so you'll have to download them all.

 

//HOW TO INSTALL: Inside the main folders that you'll download from me you'll see 2 folders: Tray and Mods (IF THERE IS NO MODS FOLDER, THEN THE LOT IS CC FREE). Take the content from the Tray folder and go to your Documents > Electronic Arts > The sims 4 > Tray, and move them in that folder. Do the same for the content in the Mods folder(s). Some sims might be bigger than the max upload limit, so you'll have to download every part and place all the files into your folders. Don't forget to launch your game, go to Game Options > Other > and check Enable Custom Contents and Mods, so the CCs used to create this lot and sim will appear in your game.

//NOTE: As the time goes by and EA keeps updating the game and changing stuffs, some of my older sims may not have the same bodies that you can see in their previews (they might be a little distorted, chubbier, etc.). Most likely because their body preset needs to be updated. So you might have to change their bodies in CAS before placing them in your world.

//Since Halloween is right around the corner, I felt like starting this file with a spooky sim - Mortician Vincent ☠️

//And here's his house as well~ At first I was set on only making his home, and it came out kinda small for the lot itself, it had a lot of free space around it, so I thought „why not make a funeral home/mortuary for him as well?”. So this lot contains his home and a little funeral home with a spooky mortuary in the basement ☠️

//Here's a cute home perfect for a christmas-loving couple💕 You can use this home for a couple with a baby, or you can even use this for just a couple and turn the kids room into a spacious walk in closet. Small warning: I've decorated the exterior while the snow was covering everything, so the yard won't really have many things around when the snow will melt 🥴

--The build is a mix between a cozy cafe and a small art gallery for young, contemporary artists. It was made for Cooperdale and it's a makeover of ThrifTea ☕ More pics under the spoiler!

//I don't know about you, but I love to go to Christmas Markets with my family, so I wanted my sims to be able to experience this as well 💝 So here's a cute market with an ice skating rink, a cozy coffee shop, a tree shop, a toy shop, a small shop made for taking cute pics with your loved ones, and a few stalls with food, hot coffee and wine 🍷 I've placed it in Willow Creek replacing the Magnolia Blossom Park, but you can place it in any 50x50 lots in other worlds.
