Wicked whims new update - Attraction preferences not showing up at all

With the new wicked whims update I've noticed that I am no longer able to pick my sims attraction preferences such as if they prefer big boobs or small boobs for example. The attraction system is just not showing up at all. Unsure what do to bring it back or fix it, would love some advice. Thanks!

From what I gathered, the patch accompanying the Lovestruck EP did quite a number on WW when it released, breaking stuff and having the EP itself implement some non-sex WW features into the game (the whole part about relationships forming, Sim personality and all that basically reads like the old WW feature description for attractiveness and personality archetypes to me). Not sure if attractiveness likes and dislikes were re-implemented into the system Lovestruck introduced (don't have it myself, because I'm not rich), but they were definitely removed from the CAS likes and dislikes section due to being broken by the patch and/or the EP.
