The Ridgeline Apartment Complex is one of the most sought after Residential Rentals in the Newcrest Gay Village, boasting a trio of large luxury modern units, all with their own balconies, access to a shared above ground pool, in-building laundry facilities, as well as a separate butler's accommodation (though this is very much first come first served unfortunately).

 

This build fills a 40x20 lot and costs a little over $357k and I've kitted out each apartment for some very different Sims from a music lover and aspiring DJ, to a fitness enthusiast, to a social media and style influencer (of course you can remodel as much as you like).  The build is a little different that the pics as I raised up the foundation (so the ground floor unit didn't have people just looking directly into it) but never minded to update the screencaps.

 

After you download and unzip Ridgeline Apartments, transfer the Tray files to your games Tray folder and the CC files to your Mods folder.  There is one CC item I can't find to include, the "gravity pull up bar", no idea what it's called, though if I do stumble on it in the future I'll update this download.  As always I make no claim of ownership to the CC I have used, a huge shout out to the very talented artists who make this available.

My next Midtown Condos project (The Midtown Condos is where Kaitlyn Larsen from the Larsen Family, Justine Weaver from the Weaver Family (Not yet made public but soon will be I promise 😁), Zuri & Mimi live) but IT will become a Residential Rental owned by one sim (Who won't live there) with maintenace provided by another sim (Who WILL live there) as opposed to just a plain Residential Lot (Which is what the Midtown Condos became as I was still figuring out how to make a sim a landlord after the For Rent pack first came out & the lot was made & uploaded to the EA Gallery LONG before For Rent became a thiing)

The pull up bar is from thepancake1-InteractionsFromThePast.
The "dumbbell rack" is from iyaS_TS4DumbbellRack.package which can be found in SpartanGYM_ver2.zip/Mods/iyaS from:

Also, you should probably set the number of beds and bathrooms in these apartments and Asphalt Abodes'.

Pro-tip: Better BuildBuy by TwistedMexi will now tell you in the Construction Center which CC packages are being used on the current lot!
