Just so you know, it moves in a few different ways, lol.

Having trouble trying to recreate it. Do you have "shader toggler" in ReShade enabled? Does this happen to all variations of this outfit or only with this one in particular?

On another subject - made archive with HFW original table of content files - for those who struggling to restore game files after Mod Manager errors:
HFW streaming_graph v1.5.80 backup.zip

Files need to be placed to "Horizon Forbidden West Complete Edition\LocalCacheWinGame\package" folder.

After using your amazing mod for some time, i noticed that her belly / hip looks a little weird as soon as Aloy crouches. It would be nice if you could improve her in this area, but this is only a minor annoyance.

Awesome thx :)
I'm surprised how well nudity fits Aloy in game.
A fighting Amazon.
Doing Aloy things.
I've finished HFW and still prefer playing HZD, the mechanics just fit me better.
But I'd gladly watch HFW start to end with this mod :)

Fantastic.

Brilliant work HC.

Quick question, does the last variation have a slightly different one without the armor on the arms?

Files description list also updated now. But as we figure out before in this thread - looks like you can only remove outfit parts by swaping *_mesh.stream files. So not sure it gonna work for mensioned parts.

I think I'll add 2-3 extra variations little bit later. It's first outfit of the game and it has biggest number of color options for loincloth and top - so it makes sense to add more.

Speaking about color options - here's new screenshots with HC Aloy outfits progress so far and various standard color dyes applied:

Brilliant. Love the new variations, its just the armor on the arms that I'm not a big fan of. Can't wait to see what you got cooking up for us.

Great work, will you add a non-barefoot version?

Not for current ones. Most likely in next outfits.

Whole game has "beach holidays" vibe for me - most of the map is either some tropical paradise with some kind of water always nearby - plus a lot of desert/savannah.
As I remember - not much time of story is spent in other locations - in snowy mountains, deep forests, etc. -  where tribal shoes make more sense for me.

So overall I think majority of my outfits for HFW will be bare feet - I will add shoes just from time to time, if they have cool design or make real sense for particular outfit or faction.

I might be tripping, but I never saw this bug while playing the base game, so I’m gonna assume this is a mod-related bug.

While in photo mode, I noticed that when the option "follow the camera" is disabled, and even during poses where this option isn’t available at all (and during some cutscenes), Aloy still follows the camera with her eyes randomly (when the option is on, she normally follows it with her head too).

(The HUD is in Portuguese, but the highlighted option is the one indicating that "follow the camera" is disabled.)

It’s actually a very funny and scary bug, so I’m just sharing it for fun since it doesn’t bother me too much.

Is it possible to bring in the areola and smaller nipples from your Lara mod into this game? Also a lighter brown and light pink areola options?

It's not due to the mod. I tested it and the result was that it only appeared in some poses, not all. The same phenomenon occurs in the non-modded game as well.

Personally, I interpreted this as a lewd metafictional feature, suggesting that Aloy is actually aware of her exposed costume and is just "kindly" accepting it and smiling at the player over the screen. 🤤👉👌

Yeah, I have 'Shader Toggler' enabled in ReShade, but it was happening even before I installed it. Haven’t tried the other versions, I just like this one, It doesn’t happen all the time, just sometimes.

hornycopter You're a legend! Thank you so much! I've been waiting for this mod for a year and haven't played it. I hoped and believed. You're just a handsome man! Please tell me which other armor you will be making mods for. And about how often they will be released. In how many days. I understand you also have a personal life, but at least roughly. Otherwise, I think I'll wait and play when all your mods are ready. And if you also do it on NPCs.... It will be a sensation.

Made file list of all HC Aloy modded files with descriptions. So you can interchange mesh files between outfits variations or bundle mods your own way.

Screenshot_8.png.2622d32f66d5d5f4b56b644127797630.png

For example - To remove Cape from Tenakth Recon/Reaver - you can copy "58_5E568520_mesh.stream" and "58_5DFBA642_mesh.stream" files from "HC Aloy - TR - Nude No Cape" folder to any other variation folder and replace files in those folders.

Can anyone get this to work? I copy the two cape mesh files from the Nude No cape folder and put them to my desired folder, then boot up MM and pack the files, but it always crashes when I try to load into game :(

I'm trying to get the TR Armor Bottomless with the No Cape...

Don't expect too much,he rarely responds to requests from custom editors.

Ok so I've gotten the mods working but I keep getting this huge long black vertical line from Aloy's belly button down to her feet that doesn't go away, when using the TR topless armor or Nude armor... anyone have any idea what's going on? Is this a MM issue or the mods themselves?

The black vertical line popped up for me as well. A fresh install did not fix it either.

Ok I tested things a bit - this issue is really weird. I think it's not connected to how mods made or how any combinations of mod work together - most likely it's the part of bigger issue with how Aloy's custom models load to game - i.e. sometimes they don't load at all when you try to change outfits. I think this also happens sometimes with outfit replacements from other modders.

So, when I need to delete outfit parts - I can't actually delete them completely - I replace them with some tiny meshes from same outfit parts (small rivots, rings, rope pieces, etc.) and hide them inside Aloy body model. When you change outfits - some of those small parts (but not all of them strangely) get detached from Aloy skeleton completely - they just float around by using same world coordinates as Aloy (also they get prolonged poligons sometimes).

I can't fix this issue - only thing I can do on my part is maybe scale down those small parts even more so they can be less notisable then appear. I'm not sure it can be fixed at all - the only one who can maybe try to fix it is id-daemon if he change somehow his packing method so game can load custom files in more robust way.

How can you avoid it on your side? Looks like during load of the game you have highest chance to load custom files correctly without any bugs (if outfit was already applied to Aloy before save). So, here kinda working solution:

  • Select outfit and Apply It.
  • Close inventory and make sure custom outfit is visible in-game.
  • Save the game and then Load that new save right away.
  • After that don't change outfit at all to avoid faulty load of custom files - avoid even opening outfits preview menu.
  • Want to change outfit again - repeat all steps again.

Thank you very much, I’ll do that, honestly, your work is amazing, you’re the best sculptor in modding. And if you can’t solve it, no worries, you already gave us an incredible mod.
