There are a few version and a addon . All for Bodies Manga and HGEC A cup. ( all Armor )

And one DM version, the one from the pic you posted. (Amulet slot )

I checked it again.  The chest is there.  IC Market District,  The chest is NOT set to disabled.

 

Which mods do you have installed that alter the  IC Market District? Better Cities? OpenCities?  Something is changing the Market District, world space.

Just for testing you can disable all Mods and start the game with only Eri Ring Plus.esp.  You will have/see the chest. 

 

The easiest thing would be to place the chest somewhere else. Use the Construction set and place the chest wherever you want.  ( You can delete the chest in the  Market District)  Save the esp.  (Or tell me where you want the chest. An unchanged vanilla place. Can the in a house)
